The animations were clear and helped to visualise the move/lift. The guidence was easy to understand as it was written in steps. Sometimes the animations made it look too easy e.g removing slide sheets, transfer boards. Didn’t fit everyones capabilites some clients might not have the strength to push themselves up or bend their knees.

I found this very useful however, I can't seem to be able to print out a certificate to show my employer.
