The course has been usefull to improve my knowledge of moving and handling, especially using a hoist and a slinge and also i have acquired more to protect the clients .

The course was very interesting by competing the course it has showed me the best way of working to protect my back and to keep the residents safe. Also the course was easy to understand and follow.

This training was very good because i never work before with people that they need support to stand or to get into their beds or even to move from a place to another . Here i learn how to help them and how to use correctly the equipment to keep them and me and another staff safe .

Quite detailed, questions straightforward. Videos good for demonstration. However although I am aware it is not possible at the moment, for things like moving and handling I prefer face to face training.
