Information was presented in a clear and simple way The visuals and the brain spark questions helped with retention and reinforcement of the information presented. I enjoyed the course.
The course is very straightforward to follow and understand. The videos are well produced and presented with a clear soundtrack and diagrams that are simple to follow. I would also say that the course gives comprehensive coverage of safe moving and handling of people. There is a smart certificate for those who pass.
I found the training highlighted issues that I had forgotten especially when working in pairs with staff at different heights and how to safely manual handle without injury - It was refreshing - it would be good to have the course open for awhile after completion just to check or print off resources

This Moving and Handling training was easy for me to navigate and easy for me to follow.
