The presenter is also good. My only problem is that the presenter speaks a bit faster and I did struggleg sometimes.

Excellent training course. It was very thorough and covered every eventuality. Although I don’t use hoists at Bole Aller house this still is relevant for the future as we may have to use them and it is always handy to have the training
