I think the videos helps to remind and refresh , it keeps us updated with anything new in social care sector. I've heard stories of day care companies sending young girls out with no training at all , it shouldn't be allowed. I am thankful that Eldercare would never do such a thing. I do care and love my job , I'm 66 years old and dont want to finish working yet. Cause our service users need us so much . Keep up with the good training x
It was a good refresher and I found it very interesting . Good reminder of how important it is to lift correctly.
