Good course. Covers all aspects of moving and handling and how to use moving equipment. Gives you all the information you require about different situations and all the various equipment you may need to use.
I feel confident that I can move and handle people successfully without worrying about my own safety.

Easy to follow course with good instructions
Not happy having to be force to use the course without controlling speed of videos. Takes me 3 times more to finish a course without speed control.Would not recommend it to anyone besides a first time trainee.Animation was very good.
