Concise, easy to follow, informative
Good if already completed a physical m&h course or as a refresher course. Not ideal for unexperienced staff
Always of upmost importance to understand the correct way to move & assist people in all types of situations
Personally prefer just reading transcript without having to watch video too as it used to be- although the slidesheet demonstration was useful to see
