I think the Mindfulness exercise is one for all, short exercise, but worth the time to bring back the realisation of the day, to reflect and encourage you to gather your thoughts to react in a positive way
This may be very usefully presented for some people but to others like myself it comes across as holistic, idiotic nonsense that immediately makes me unreceptive to the ideas that you are trying to get across.
This is a very good thing to do and great skill to train people in. It is not an easy thing to get right and practice is needed. It takes practice to know you need to call on this technique and use it well. Regular reminders/sessions are a good idea.
A good introduction to Mindfulness. It was only 10 minutes long, when it was competed I was left wishing it was longer and more in-depth.

The course was very straight forward, factual and easy to follow. It gives clear message how to improve and how to control your mind and body. Very happy with the course and will practise whenever needed.
I did not find this course beneficial, most of the scenarios were common sense, and things I'm already aware of.
