I have difficulty at times concentrating on the present. The mindfulness training gave me tips and ideas on how to bring myself back to the present moment. The breathing exercises were very helpful. It will improve my concentration and focus on my role. A great addition to my knowledge of myself.
I don't want to spend any more time on this.
A really useful course that helped me to appreciate and remember the importance of taking regular time during the day to stop and be aware of what is around me - thank you!
