Clear and detailed.

This training was well worth spending the time to do and should be done periodically to as a reminder. Not all of the ideas and information were necessarily 'new' but the main thing is to take the time to think about your mental health and that of others. The training was great for being a catalyst for that and for signposting for further information. Thank you - I have picked up lots of advice / reminders to take forward.

5/5

Easy to follow with practical advice and guidance to raise self awareness and signs that may be present with colleagues.

5/5
Accurate

Gives a very accurate portrayal of mental health and the issues surrounding it.

5/5
It was very educative and insightful

It raises awareness on how to deal with mental health students and colleagues in schools.

4/5
Eye opening with great visuals

Accessible information with good explanations given. I particularly enjoyed the visuals, as I felt these reflected mental health disorders and the taboo around talking about them nicely. The additional resources were particularly interesting, and I have shared this information with colleagues. I will definitely be using some of coping mechanisms and techniques when I need to give my mental health a boost.
