Interesting, I though I had a good understanding of aspects of mental health but it covered aspects I was not aware of.
An important reminder that I must look after my mental health, and ideas as to how I can look after my needs and my physical and emotional wellbeing.

Male and female video presenters were easy to understand and digest, with cartoon graphics for impact and variety. However, I would have liked a downloadable copy of the information to keep (eg a 4 side summary printout) for future reference/revision as a file or hard copy. Though it is possible to see/print the video transcripts, it is only for a small chunk at a time - can't get whole thing in one go with an appropriate layout. Perhaps it could be included in future (maybe only accessible once you have played the videos and done the quiz?). Similarly, the many 'extra info' references in text format were each very short but there's no way of getting them all in one go, so I only clicked on a couple and hence didn't learn as much as I could have. I am old school and prefer notes that I can highlight/annotate during or after the course.

Nice basics such as belly breathing and looking for signs
It is good to think about but the course was too long. Too much repetition in the first sections.

Really interesting giving me food for thought. The people who covered the areas were very calming and not belittling in any way. All the videos were informative but not over loading with information.
