Lots of excellent explanations and good advice
Very good program with helping strategies and tips. Not time consuming, focused and to the points. I feel more able and confident to manage my feelings and attitude at work and life in general
A lot of useful information set out in a way which doesn't seem to bulldoze you. The clips very clear and concise. The topics put into sections and little animations make it easy to follow. I feel I have been been reminded of the main hot points regarding mental health. An enjoyable way to up skill.
