Useful as concise and informative.

There was lots of helpful information that was explained very clearly. It made me realise that it is ok to tell your managers if you are feeling overwhelmed as soon as possible, rather than letting it go on and become bigger than it needs to be.

It is essential to acquire knowledge

This training has enabled me to understand the key message of having that conversation with others, it decrease the stress and help you to support other member of your team. Also, it motivate me to continue trust others because for support, as well as been positive ,approachable, mindful and continue promote positive relationship within my team and playing a vital role to solving problem or been helpful where appropriate with the day to day activities that is assigned for me and my team member through sharing knowledge and understanding little help to support each other frequently is essential and promote wellbeing.

An interesting course

This was an interesting course, and covered a good range of information with suggestions on how to keep good mental health and how to manage or find help for mental health problems. It is always useful to be reminded of how important this is. It is not about mental health in education particularly, I would say mental health at work would be a more accurate heading.

It was really interesting.

By doing the training it has made me realise that it's so important to open up about mental health and your wellbeing and not bottle it all up. I also feel that mindfulness is something that should be implemented more into my working day to help balance outs the pressures of everyday life.
