This course was informative and gave me a lot to think about. I will be able to use the knowledge in my work and personal life.
It covered several aspects It shows how important mental health is and how healthy mind lead to healthy body
This is a very informative course and it provides a toolkit of suggested ways to help to manage stress, depression and anxiety. I think everyone would benefit from doing this course.
Easy to follow course work with good supporting documents. I like how text that reflect the videos is included.
I enjoyed the learning opportunity of becoming aware of mental health issues and what to look out for. I especially enjoyed all the coping strategies and helpful tips in promoting positive physical and mental health.
The course was very informative, I especially liked the visuals & how the information was relaid to the viewer. The course was excellent & would highly recommend it to others. I would also like to do some more training as you can stop & start & do it in your own time with no pressure.
I really found this course one of the most beneficial that I have done. It is well designed. I think that although we are not constantly reminded how important mental health is, that actually practical steps to achieve this are not so easily accessible. I particularly think the wellbeing health check is very useful and will both use it myself and pass it on to others I have been thinking of! I would love it if line managers in my school and particularly my department - SEN - would offer it as part of annual performance management.
The course will help me to understand myself and others inside outside the work place.
