The course has clearly had a lot of thought into it's content and presentation. It was easy to follow and was comprehensive in content and gave me some food for thought. I have nothing negative to say about it and the supplementary information it provided was also of help. Mental illness in the past was not given the creedence and recognition it deserved in the and courses like this should be of great help to people that are honest to themselves and open to being helped.
It was very good and interesting.
Within my job I deal with children and I’ve discovered how important it is to take care of my mental health and not let stress get to me.
I am Dyslexic and was worried how the course/training would be. But it was very thought out and easy to do. I liked the highlighted areas and the fact it has sound.

well done i will use these ideas daily I think , Very informative .
I like the short video clips approach, the facility to use subtitles and to playback and the practical suggestions. The two presenter approach is good, adds variety and is easy on the eye. In this particular course the information was as given in very short clips which makes you feel you’re getting through the course quite quickly. I wasn’t impressed by some of the graphics!
Really enjoyed this course, it was very informative in a friendly and constructive way. Thank you.
This course was very easy to understand. A good mix of clips and people talking.
I liked how the course was taught in chunks. This made it easier for me to retain the information. Also the extra downloads throughout which I have now for future reference, excellent.
