For someone with no previous training, I found the course extremely informative and easy to understand / follow.

I really do think that this is an excellent course: the content and the presentation I found to be very accessible and for some reason also easy to remember. I liked that the content was covered but also extra links provided for further reading. The questions at the end were sensible and relevant. Thank you.
This was an excellent course. It was really informative and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I found this course helpful as it covered lots of the types of mental health problems. It also gave good guidances of what we can do to help each other.
