Good introduction to the topic.

Good introduction to mental health awareness. The mental health and well being guide is very useful.

4/5
Well-meaning but patronising

Repeatedly being told that someone having a mental illness shouldn't be something to be embarrassed (etc.) about has the opposite impact.

2/5
Good Awareness refresher

Very similar in content to the other mental health course, so only need to do one or the other (not both).

Very informative and current.

It has made me think about how I am going to work with Keystage 1 on return for the 1st of June!

The course was beneficial

It really made me think about how I could, and maybe should approach a work life balance. It also helped me to think of ways I could assist my co workers to make the best of their work life balance. I liked the breathing techniques explained and have decided that it would work for me too.

4/5
Quite, thorough and informative.

It was quite thorough and informative, with good resources. Only thing for me personally is that the way they literally pictured these illnesses and feelings can make someone with mental health problem feel more down. More positive imaging would be beneficial. But altogether a good way to raise awareness.

Very good

Helpful insights into mental health issues.

5/5
A good reminder

Just the right length and content to serve a reminder and reinforce the fact that mental health is just like physical health. No-one should ever feel embarrassed about speaking out or asking for help and it's important we all keep an eye out for each other, especially at times like this

Helpful and interesting

I found this course helpful to raise my awareness of mental illness. It was useful to have extra links to look at to find more information. The breathing exercises and practical tips were beneficial and I look forward to putting them into practise.
