The course does not go into things too deeply but in a simplistic way which means that you get the very best from it. It makes you very well aware of any needs that you may have and gives appropriate and necessary strategies to deal with them.
I found that it was well presented and gave a good insight into how mental health is an issue that has to be highlighted. I liked that there were extra readings included if you wanted to look into each issued in depth.
I found it very useful to my wellbeing .
