I would recommend this course to everyone. lots of people will link in some way or form to tabu subjects about their own mental health. as you said in the videos sometimes you don't realize you have a problem?. and also reassures you you are not alone and their is help out there!!!!.
I thought this course was easy to follow and very relevant to many people's lives these days. I think having people presenting this course makes it easy to process and 'REAL' instead of reading pages of information which isn't everyone's way of learning and retaining information and you can easily lose focus. Excellent resources, links and tips.
A very comprehensive overview of mental health and the support available.
Reinforced the importance of good mental health. Informative clips , easy to access and follow
The training has been conducted in a very fluid way and makes me conscious how to deal with things/situations in a better way.

broke the subject matter up into easy to understand bitesize portions. The use of animation and graphics to explain sensitive issues was effective.
This was really interesting to do and helpful. There was some parts to this course that I had never heard of before.
This was a very interesting and informative course. It was easy to follow, with clear explanations of the different areas and aspects of mental health awareness. I enjoyed taking part in the course.
I really enjoyed this training. I feel that it was clear and presented well. I was engaged throughout and I found it easy to access the materials. The only thing that I feel is missing in this kind of approach is the ability to ask questions and share ideas. Maybe a FAQ page would help rather than just extra materials to read from?
