very helpful
I think it may help to not only tell people to talk to others but how to do that. it sounds so simple but ca be challenging - give them tips about how to broach the subject.
Everyone should do this.
As someone who struggles to understand other people's mental health issues, I found this course extremely helpful. It has given me an insight to mental health and well being and has given me some helpful skills of how to help others around me.
Very well covered and if it gets people talking about mental health then this is good news. Only one point - it needs to mention Support Staff and not just Teachers.
Personally we often question ourselves yet to go through this training I found that common issues are actually common rather than personal. This can have a massive impact on ones well being and general health.

This course is perfect for the situation we have all found ourselves in because of the Covid 19 pandemic. The presenters were calm and gentle to listen to, the facts were easy to understand and the points covered were informative and professional but not pushy or overbearing. I found it particularly interesting having suffered with mental health myself and at the moment trying to help a loved one cope, it gave me inner strength to continue improving my well-being so I can hopefully improve and understand theirs. It may all seem common sense but while you're feeling low and down the guidance given is invaluable; knowing where to begin and how to move on is covered really well so thank you.
A good easy to follow course that was at a good pace and everything explained in a manner that was easy to understand
