I really enjoyed doing this training. I learnt a lot and it was very insightful. Really helpful.
I learnt more about mental health.
As I did a Psychology degree, I knew all of this already so the course was pointless - there should be a placement test of some sort to gain a basic understanding of what people already know before they are forced to watch videos that they cannot skip. Would rather read the transcript than watch the video, but that's not an option. The multiple choice questions mostly didn't require watching the videos, simply avoid the options that make no sense.

"You are not alone" realising this empowers you right away. We need to understand, we can make changes now.. We are not failures because we handled things wrongly in the past. We can change for the better. We can be reborn.

The course was detailed and informative with a range of brief overviews on some different mental health disorders that can affect people. A way it could be improved is if it was more tailored to education. It says "Mental Health in Education", but could be made more beneficial if it outlined some more strategies and techniques that could be used in an education setting.
I enjoyed this course. Much of it was common sense, but sometimes you need to take a moment to reevaluate. It's very easy to get into a negative spiral. Thank you.
I realty and enjoyed the course, easy to listen to and obsorb the information
