Great Course clear, easy to understand

Found this course very useful. It helped me to be mindful of other, no two cases are the same, it gave me a better understanding of the signs and what can trigger mental health. It showed me ways of how to support other and also to be aware of my own mental health. To be a good listener.

This course was really helpful to me. It helped me understand better how Mental Health Is a part of our daily life. It has helped me understand what common triggers for poor Mental Health are and how to overcome them. I have understood and learnt how vital and sustainable strategies helps reduce stress levels. I’ve understood it better that it’s ok to talk to someone so that we can work together and try and find a solution rather than suffer in silence. This course will definitely help me to create goals and possibly make it realistic. Thank You!
