A good overview of mental health and well being and some great strategies for yourself and others. The course was broken down and easy to follow, the notes were helpful too as you can go back with instructions for mindfulness and calm breathing. A great resource to go back to.
Courses can in themselves trigger the anxiety associated with mental health. This course which was carefully delivered didnt create any anxiety and it provided that feeling of satisfaction at the end. The presenters and the illustrations provided the variety of images that enabled concentration. The course content was very relevant and it would be a course I would like my fellow colleagues to view. They think the well being agenda is a ticking the box excercise on behalf of employers and I feel this course helps them realise that wellbeing can easily improve when we all have the same understanding.
The course was easy to follow and you can stop and continue with the course according to your timing.

Very good I enjoyed it
I have pretty extensive experience dealing with my own mental health issues although the advice in this video series is sound its long winded, generic and over complicated. It felt at times condescending and belittling.
a very clear presentation, for a complex topic. The broad amount of information helped to provide reassuring and effective ideas, explanations and support.
A really well laid out course,.
