Very good course. I clicked on the course thinking it was about the mental health of clients/ beneficiary. Then realised it meant self-help. transferable all the same. The one bit (stood-out) I will pass-on to the client is to be "slightly out of comfort zone" , as a measured approach to moving forward, to facilitate preserving good mental health. This was a refresher in my case. Always good to be reminded that we need to look after ourselves if we are going to help others!
its an eye opening to me and my job when i am faced with it

Course was good and helpful understanding our job role and our responsibilities.and all so taking care ourselves good wellbeing for mental awareness.
I couldn’t believe there was a test! How to finish a course on stress anxiety and well being in the workplace. Would have been inspirational to not have a test and perhaps give everyone an opportunity to give positive thoughts on how as individuals they could address their own issues.
