I thought this was a good course with lots of information, I like the fact that there is additional information if you want to know more, and if you get a question wrong you can exit the test and watch the video again, so you can retain the information more.
Brilliant course but knew most of it
It good for people who don't really understand the meaning of mental health it helps people understand what exactly it is
