Not a great course but helped my wellbeing by sending me almost to sleep.
This course was very informative and had very important information for the workplace and the home life .
This course did not guide me as a construction manager how to deal with any mental health issues that my staff may have. All this course tells you (as an individual) is to go and talk to someone any to live a healthy life. i feel as though this course is mis-represented and I have wasted my money!
It helps to know you can feel comfortable to trust and talk to anyone in the workplace
I really learnt a lot from this. I think this should be a recommended course for people working in this environment and other areas too.
A lot of repetition with key points being lost amongst all the explanations. Much of the information is common-sense.
