Mental Health in the workplace is becoming a major factor and not just in the Construction Industry. Not only does the course raise awareness and gives you a very good insight on the signs and symptoms to look out for, it also makes you realise that there is help out there, not just for others but also for yourself should you feel the need to share your own concerns with somebody.
I actually found this very interesting and educational. I think this will be a great help to me in the future.
