The course covers a lot in detail and offers advice and guidance for help
The course provided clear information and was delivered well. Training is suitable for managers and individuals as it addressed areas that we should all be looking out for. It was delivered in a way that could be clearly understood by anyone and offered sound advice as to what to do and how to support mental health wellbeing.
