So glad I undertook this training. The whole concept is very easy to understand with out the overload of unnecessary material. The course gets to the heart of the matter from the out go. Very well presented to the point where I has no concerns about undertaking the test at the end. I got one question wrong which was my own fault for not reading the question correctly. If you want a no nonsense approach to to completing a course with a recognised certificate, this is the company to go for.
To know when someone is struggling
It's been a while since I took part in any online training so I was not sure how I would find the course. It was a pleasant surprise to find the course very 'user friendly' and very engaging. It was varied in its delivery and the visual images were interesting, informative and entertaining. A very good course, actually enjoyed the process!
