The course was very informative and thorough. As a manager of others, it encouraged me to reflect on how I could improve the working lives of my colleagues by providing safe opportunities to talk about mental health
For years, I have been working in organisations that do not follow these ideas.Also, the sequencing of your course sections is erratic. Around section 9 or 10 I found that the system repeated the same section rather than moved on to the next. It was like deja vue....
I enjoyed this course not only because it was quick and informative but because it gave some useful tips on how how to replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts and other useful pointers for general wellbeing. Plus the resources section is very useful for further information.
A very positive course with great advice and ideas to help improve mental health for all. Good supporting documents to download and use day to day.
