The training sessions were short and easy to digest and had lots of additional resources for reference. The pace was also good, and the slides were pretty descriptive.

Very good overview, simple to follow. I would like to see some of the supporting materials provided on the Wellbeing section of the staff Intranet. This page already provides useful information, but this course introduced additional useful materials that we could use.
