I do suffer myself and really struggle to shut off from things that upset me and make me feel angry at work leading to poor sleep and it effecting some of the various health issues I have, so I did find this helpful and reassuring. I'm not sure I can manage many of the suggestions provided, but there are some techniques I do find work for me and have used them for many years such as the slow deep breathing, but this is only a quick and temporary solution to certain situations. I have noted some of the helpful links and intend to read them further. But some people just struggle with how their minds are wired and can't help and struggle to re-train their brains. Useful and helpful. Thank you.
This mental health awareness training is comprehensive and very well presented. It goes into all of the detail that needs to be covered, in manageable and understandable bite sized segments, which makes it very easy to learn and retain.

Just because you can't physically see the problem it's so important to recognise you have a problem and seek help.. that's not a weakness its a massive strength.
Positive that Mental health is now being recognised and acknowledged in the workplace and steps are being made to support and assist.
Very educating, breaking down videos into sections and support documents to go with excellent tools
The topics discussed were relevant, the course was well set out and well delivered. The resources attached are colourful and informative and I will certainly be using the WAP. Thank you
I know how important it is to destigmatise mental illness and this course gives the opportunity for individuals to address the situation in private before reaching out to the wider community.
Vital training to help cope with mental health issues and stress and anxiety in the workplace
