Some really interesting tips and exercises to improve mental health, eg, the breathing exercises and some useful additional content too to download.
Gives good advice that is easy to follow
A very informative, clear and open look at some of the types of mental health issues with which people can live, presented in an informative manner. A good basic introduction with helpful further resources to explore.
More research has been done on breathing so highlight breathing in and out through the nose is more effective, rather than mouth breathing.

Its all the individual and never the employer a shockingly one sided course that is employer centric.. so if you think youre workloads unreasonable perhaps you have a victim mentality is implication ..shocking
