More research has been done on breathing so highlight breathing in and out through the nose is more effective, rather than mouth breathing.

The Course is very useful,

You never walk a lone, I learn to help people especially if they asking for help, Always care about my team, Mental health is very important for our bodies, and life. we should never ignored, and must talk with someone close to you, or to manager.

Shift all onto the individual

Its all the individual and never the employer a shockingly one sided course that is employer centric.. so if you think youre workloads unreasonable perhaps you have a victim mentality is implication ..shocking
