Excellent. My only criticism would be that its a tricky topic to run as online training in that you don't really want to be interrupted (which I was) with something like that if you want to really absorb it .

This was a very good online module on Mental Health Awareness. It was informative about what the causes and types of mental health were and would warning signs to look out for. It also had additional resources to download and use which I found very helpful. I would recommend this module to everyone.

Found it quite patronizing to be honest. It's also full of some really questionable imagery. At best the images are a bit crass, at worst I can imagine it being triggering. It doesn't seem to have been created with any consideration for people that actually have mental health illnesses. It's also very repetitive. There are some good parts, though. Not a total waste of time.

The IT worked well (it sometimes doesn't!). Good digestible chunks of information, good delivery style and useful links to other resources.

This is a complex subject, the training, is good as basic, techniques and resolution, I'll look forward to reading some of the extra materials, to help beneficiaries, colleagues and myself in the workplace

This was a useful and informative programme containing hints and helpful tips on maintaining good mental well being. I will actually use some of the suggestions to help me. Thank you 😊
