Easy to follow and understand.

Food for thought and reflective on the way we dash through life not taking the time to take stock and think about our wellbeing.

Really opens the mind.

Great way to de-stigmatise mental health issues and gives everyone a greater understanding of the topic: how many of us can be affected by its various connotations at some point in our life. Some very helpful hints on self-help and when and how to get help.

Better than I thought it would be

Quite enjoyed this course, it gave you information on what to look for, how to fix it and also how to look after yourself to stop it starting in the first place. Also some helpful additional information to look at and explore.

Good, Clear and very easy to understand

This course was Good, Clear and very easy to understand and personally relate to, however the only thing I feel was missing is more of an education on how to handle someone if they come to you for guidance. It covers the basics but it takes someone special to really help someone in need of help and support. Many are not good at this because people judge by what they personally can deal with and as this mentions we are all different with different needs.

Very good indeed

Very good indeed for the health of employees and good for the business is followed through, beyond lip service. Very relevant to work on the Call Centre, and I am sure any and everybody

clear and simple but not covering everyt

clear and easy to follow. But onus is all on the individual , not much on what managers and colleagues should do /organizational culture. also does not mention menopause at all which is pretty bad omission
