An informative course which had a lot of practical tips while giving a very good broad overview. Excellent.

Course needs to be backed up with some face to face training/practice as one easily forgets
Only a few falsehoods and pieces of misinformation - Section 25 states that high salt foods are unhealthy, even though no scientific study has found that salt itself has any ill consequences. Salt just tends to be found in high quantities in high calorie foods, which are easy to over-indulge in, thereby causing the daily caloric requirements to be exceeded.
I think it's a great idea to raise awareness of this as the stigma needs to be eradicated so that people with these conditions will not be so scared to ask for hel.
A good introduction to the world of issues and areas one can be aware of . Learning about how the mind works the cause and effects is very educational , it certainly makes one think about certain aspects that trigger certain symptoms.
I found the mental health on line training interesting and relevant considering that I myself am living with bipolar disorder.
