This course is clear concise reaches all levels and makes it clear what the early warning signs are. Signposting to external resource is helpful and it could be great if these were emailed to all who complete the course also as a guide as some staff do not look at this material. Thanks for the course, it was great and I am sure will make a difference to others.

Good course made me more aware of mental health
As a mental health first aider and had comprehensive mental health training. I pretty much had a huge understanding of the course content. However looking at this as a first time learner of mental health I feel that this is a great course to introduce mental health. I feel that this should be a little more interactive. As just watching videos is not entirely beneficial. This is why I have rated this 4 stars. If there was an interactive presentation or dropping of a few practice questions during the course I would have rated it 5 stars.
