I particularly liked the additional resource material available to download which compliments the narrative as well as supplying useful information for day to day use. Video based e-learning works better for me compared with the more passive text based slides.
Its too slow. I could read the transcript in a couple of minutes, instead I had to wait for the entire video to get to the end before moving onto the next section - it wouldnt fast forward. We are so pressed for time at work that having to spend far more time than is necessary on something is just a waste of time . You should resdesign it so that fast readers can progress more quickly through the modules

A clear, useful and sensible course. Easy to follow and yet thought-provoking.
I have found very interesting all the course. It was good to learn key information helpful to understand the problems. It’s good to raise awareness to society and do not stigmatise
A very interesting course that reinforces how important it is to have a positive mind, to keep healthy and exercise. Also how important it is to talk about how you are feeling.
A useful and pragmatic training session, covering the essentials (speaking from experience). I'd love to see something about how HR staff can help ( a colleague of mine was once handed a stress risk assessment form and told to go away and fill it out - not the best bit of help!) and also a mention of Non-Violent Communication training in your 'For the Curious' section at the end, which is actually all about understanding one's feelings and needs, so a really helpful and practical source of training on many different levels.
Useful to have the Guide to be able to look back on for external contacts if needed.
