enjoyed the course it was useful.I can imagine that quite a few people can relate to a lot of the symptoms.
There's so much to mental health awareness, this course helps inform and refresh this.
The course format was good, however it only gave very basic "common sense" information. The information, I feel was not contusive to form a clear defined path to learning. If the course was awareness then it was sufficient and gave the reader a greater understanding of Mental health issues.
I think this course is better aimed at office workers and the like. I'm retired........no work worries, Financially sable.............no money worries, Single........................no relationship worries, Great circle of friends and family..................no loneliness worries. However, geared up to the right people I'm sure it would be a great help.

Developed a further awareness of Mental Health and how to look for signs. The training was easy to access and navigate.
Shows you different ways you can support your mental health and that you are never alone.
Its good for people that do not suffer from depression & anxiety on occasionally but when you have suffered from a child and had help with therapy and tablets sometimes its just part of your make up. You just have to learn to cope and hope that the people around you understand how that person feels sometimes and is understanding.
