This mental health course is very good to make you aware. What are the causes and we can cure our self .we need to speak and help one another to think and be positive ignore the negatives.
This on line course was education for understanding mental health and what can cause this to happen to a person and how to alleviate the problems that have caused this to happen in the first place and where to go for help.
A great view of what may happen if mental illness does not go untreated and ignored in the future, and by making ourselves more approachable and available how we can help one another.
Really enjoyed this course it made me aware of a lot of things and I feel I understand and can deal with mental health alot better.Very informative
Informative information and easy to complete sections. I liked the tips and breathing exercises, the resources are really good too.
A nice short awareness course just to remind everyone of the issues people face. Whilst i havent really learnt anything new, it has brought things back to the forefront of my mind to realise that mental health issues are prevelent and common place.
I find it really helps to have an on line course every now and again to re jog what you have learnt
i think it should be something everyone does, can open up people that do suffer with depression
