Well worth the hour spent undertaking the training and looking at the addons. Useful tips will be adopted , even after 43 years of work , there are obviously still things I don't know and am glad to be informed of !
Fantastic insight to not only your own mental health but also other peoples'. Would massively recommend this module to everyone as standard. As someone who has suffered with poor mental health, I found this hugely helpful to think that colleagues who may not have suffered have now had this training and hopefully have some awareness of this illness.
I thought the presenattion was very good, as was the support material and links. I am more concerned with the ability too retain the information and techniques over time with no iteraction or stimulus. Associates have more than one learning style and this style will not be of benefit for everyone.
This is a well presented, and easy to use training course that helps recognise and resolve mental health issues with ourselves.

At fisrt I was a bit confused at why the course made me open each video individually and not have one continuous video, especially as some of the videos were so short but on reflection the fact that I had to continually interact with the course helped keep me focused on what can be a hard subject to take in. on the other hand this might just have been done so I could view the course over a period time. Which ever it works.
Lots of useful information and resources to share with our staff
I am really glad I completed the course, I was not sure what to expect but there is some great advice and help in there and even though some is common sense its great to be reminded. Thank you.
I was trialling this training so that I can decide to offer this training to all staff. I think this is a very good introduction to mental health awareness and I will be recommending that it is now offered to everyone.
