It get you thinking about your own mental health and most definitely the negative thoughts, I think most people are their own worst critics
I thought this training was very beneficial for the work I do at my place of employment. It will help me to improve my well-being at work and in my personal life.
Very well presented, especially the videos. It was a good refresher
A helpful insight into mental health issues and possible ways of dealing with them. As someone who has previously suffered with depression not enough can be said for the power of positive thinking, as seeking help at such a time is a lot more difficult than it would seem. Training people in the workplace to be able to recognise the symptoms of a mental disorder, and how to approach and guide that person through their problems or to give them the confidence they need to be able speak to a DR, or a mental health service is priceless.

This course opened my eyes on mental health didn’t realise there was that many options for help to be got at
A very good course, short but packed with useful information regarding mental health and wellbeing.
I feel that I would be better able to spot signs of mental health problems and know better how to have a conversation with somebody, if they needed it.
