Helpful to many people who might not think that mental health snd phisical health are not important.
The course was easy to follow and was presented in an informal but professional way. The extra information on each area of mental health that were available after each section were helpful too.

I enjoyed the fact it had short videos and covered everything very well. I will find it useful as a refresher for working with students and making sure I look after my own Mental Health.

Majority of this was really good. Your links to other info and awareness of what people might be going through is good.Nutrition. We shouldn’t be demonising foods. Telling people to ‘avoid’ biscuits and other foods is not helpful. Especially when you go on to say buy cake in for colleagues birthday. Food isn’t always about nutrition and calories sometimes we just need a brew a biscuit and a chat. Don’t underestimate the importance of food socially
