this course is informative

This is an easy course to follow and is important for us all to take the time to reflect. We are so busy in our own lives that we forget to always look after ourselves. I like the idea for people to find coping mechanisms and for work to provide a wellness awareness plan. I do feel positively that this is the way forward to support people with mental health issues.

A useful training tool which explains all aspects of mental health and wellness. It gives clear guidance on how best to understand and treat poor mental health and gives advice on the best ways to achieve good mental health long term.

Basic understanding for non sufferers

Good insight for people who have never experienced this before and who would say pull yourself together, give yourself a shake, snap out of it. An illness where one size definitely doesn't fit all.
