The information was really informative and was easy to understand. The extra resources we're super useful too.
Everybody needs to learn about mental illness, this can help you to handle any problems that might arise within the workplace, for yourself or others.
I think this is just something companies pay lip-service to but don't actually practice. If more companies actually followed this advice they would be able to retain experienced staff rather than having a revolving door recruitment policy where staff never accumulate sufficient experience!
The course gave me a great understanding of mental health plus being able to recognise and react to my own well-being

BUT the test was rubbish! It felt more like a silly test in a woman's magazine. It was far too easy by making the incorrect answers so obviously wrong. It didn't make me think about what I'd just learnt or test my understanding or retention of the course content.
I enjoyed this course, especially the breathing excerises. I shall try these.
