Good information, but could be shorter

I thought the course was really good with some good strategies for dealing with all sorts of mental health issues. However, the course is quite long and I think needs to be shortened to about 20 minutes. In our organisation staff are required to complete lots of on line training and this is probably the longest. It is widely known that staff who work in the education sector, like the care sector, have heavy workloads, and ironically this would only add to it.

3/5
Informative

This is a good course to make people aware of the multitude of mental health issues that can affect anyone. It gives you the tools to seek help and will help remove much of the stigma surrounding mental health. Also contains good links to direct you of what to do if you need guidance help or advice

Concise and Clear

I thought this a very well presented course on a very complex subject.

5/5
Non judgemental approach

This course made inroads into reducing the shame and stigma surrounding mental health issues. It’s section on stress was particularly helpful as it enabled one to identify early if their health was at risk.

Clear, concise and informative

It was very clear and easy to follow. It looked at all aspects of Mental Health and I liked the strategies for dealing with these. I have downloaded some documents to support me.

Provides a good understanding

For someone who is not, or only slightly, aware of mental health I think it's presented in an easy to understand way. For someone who suffers from mental health issues, a gentle reminder of what we can do to help ourselves.
