I found this course very interesting and helpful with lots of signs to look out for.
I was very pleased and impressed by this module, really good information presented in a way that avoids any stigmas or preconceptions. An issue that needs to be addressed and it would be a great piece of information to roll out for all people, outside of the people working for companies the module is aimed at.

This course was very insightful and helpful as I learnt a lot. It touches on each stream of Mental Health and gives you external documents which link to more in-depth explanations. Great way to learn things, look forward to doing more in the future through my work recommendations!
I found this the most interesting of the 7 different modules, mainly because the subject matter was in the main completely new to me. However saying that we can all relate to experiences during our working life or within our extended families, where the therapy techniques discussed would be beneficial.

I did not feel the course helped me feel more comfortable with talking about any mental health issues. The material provided was informative but this course as some of the others, in my opinion, require interaction with fellow employees to be able to be fully understood and digested in such a way to be useful.
