It has bite sized sections and uses simple language with a short summary after each section. The test is clearly designed to reinforce the message rather than use a complicated process to try and catch people out. The training keeps to the main points and offers the option for further reading if you wish to find out more. I would recommend it as a good reminder to look after yourself and others.

Carried out my training in the garden- added to the benefits
It gave a number of things to think about, was easy to follow and was well-structured.
The course provided many useful tools and practical information to help with Mental Health. Thank you for providing this.
There is quite a lot of information. I thought it was quite helpful. I particularly was liked the extra info offered throughout the course on specific types of mental health issues. It was very clear and easy to understand with some good tips.
As someone who lives with a wife with mental health issues it has made me think of ways I can help her.
As a sufferer of depression for many years who is on medication and received counselling and CBT in the past, this served as a very useful reminder that I should implement a lot of the practices that I have been taught previously. It is very easy to slip back into old habits and ill practices and not take time for yourself, including your mental wellbeing. I focus too much on the negative aspects of my life rather than the positive and so I am going to start a daily journal to set some goals and also note down the positive things I have achieved each day.
Good overview - useful resources
Made me look at things differently.
