Mainly common sense,I would always seek advice from doctor first, managers are always company driven,I doubt if anyone drinks 6 or more glasses of water per day.
I learnt a lot about how to use CBT which we should all do training on even the school children would benefit

I found the course very interesting and very very helpful, esp. to me, I have learned a lot from it, glad I took yhe time to do it.
I enjoyed the training as it allowed time for me to not only think about my mental health but how I.can support that of others.
The delivery was excellent, people and not powerpoint make this a more personal learning experience. The content is great and very well structured. Having gone through many of the issues discussed, I can honestly say the course would help break the stigma to friends and colleagues who may not have experienced some of the issues yet.Thank you.
Just listening to someone else talking about mental health made me feel supported.
I found this course very informative and interesting.
I found this course useful and have learnt many tips to improve my mental health.
It was good as it make the individual take accountability for their well being - diet, exercise, WAP and speaking/reaching out
