Self explanatory. With mental health being a big issue currently it is good to see the whole spectrum and understand it if it was myself or helping someone else cope with it.
A good course with comprehensive additional material

Rubbish absolute rubbish course this is just a tick test following exercise with little or no benefit to the people taking part!!
I found the training very interesting and very worthwhile doing, iam very glad I did the course, 5star rating,
Countdown of slides & times for each section is helpful. Added resources for further information & reading is easy to access.

As a sufferer of MH in the past. It has shown me more was of ,picking up signs and dealing with the outcomes.
The training was fun..i found it very informative and it reassured me to what i already know and have experienced first hand with my sister ..i found it quite easy to complete ,as i am experienced in the field, & i am very interested in how the mind works..I work quite closely to children at the special needs school i work in.., feeling, working out there problems & giving them advice, which eases there worries & anxietys, & helps them resolve there issue's most times. A very good training for everyone this is, to know the facts..instead of being ignorant & sometimes un kind to the less fortunate ..
